Our Fees

Please note, session fees will increase to $220 in 2025

Here at Momento Psychology we charge $210 for a 50-minute consultation during business hours. The NDIS fee is $222.99.

This is significantly lower than the Australian Association of Psychologists inc. recommended fee of $315 for 2024-2025.

Medicare Rebates

If you have a mental healthcare plan from your GP, you are able to claim a rebate of $96.65 per session. That would make your out of pocket cost $113.35 for sessions during business hours. You can claim 10 sessions per calendar year using your mental healthcare plan. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Momento Psychology has a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without 48-hours' notice, you will be charged a $60 cancellation/rescheduling fee. If you cancel/reschedule on the day of your session, you will be charged $100, and if you do not show up you will be charged 50% of the session fee. You are able to cancel or reschedule your session either via phone, text message, or email. Medicare does not provide rebates for missed or cancelled sessions.
